Susan E. Shepherd began her career at the Diamond Mortgage Group as a mortgage consultant in 1998 and was made a partner in 2002. Susan has experienced all aspects of banking, including customer service, consumer lending and mortgage originating. Since 1993 she originated consumer loans and mortgages as an assistant manager of a bank. In 1996 Susan took a position as mortgage originator and has been writing mortgages exclusively since then. “Industry knowledge along with excellent customer service are my priorities.
